If you're looking for a quick diagnosis or repair, look elsewhere. My experience with this provider was highly disappointing. The service is based out of a gated community, not a commercial strip or office building, which should have been a red flag. I dropped off my laptop in the morning at a private residence and was greeted by a woman (apparently his mom), who had no idea when he would be back. Despite my reservations, I left my laptop, assuming it would be looked at immediately.

Fast forward 24 hours, and nothing had been done. Calls went straight to voicemail, and text responses took hours. When I finally picked up my laptop, I realized the provider is a teenager. Adding to the frustration, his website wasn't even functioning properly.
